Backend Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Maintain product databases and update information accurately.
Handle product details, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
Coordinate with vendors for product details, pricing, and availability.
Communicate with cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
Generate reports and track performance metrics using Excel.
Assist in resolving backend operational issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and vendors.
Prior experience in eCommerce or product coordination is preferred.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
